Black & White Week, Day 5
TGIF! I have designated today Friday Fun Day! I've taken a fairly standard outfit and jazzed it up. I took a black & white pair of LulaRoe leggings and added a pop of color with my blue Agnes & Dora tiered tunic. Normally, I'd stop there and not accessorize, but since we were going into town today, I dressed it up a bit.
How cute is this hat! I got it at a Cracker Barrel a few years ago. I'm normally not much of a hat person, but I do have a few in my inventory. My niece Sienna picked it out. I'd say she has a pretty good fashion sense. The lady at the water department said it was fun, and another lady at the garden center complemented me too. My husband even liked it! I'll definitely have to try to wear it more often.
I ordered these pearls online, but I can't remember the store. They were a gift for a friend, but I liked them and got a set for me as well. They're meant to be worn as two strands, but the hook itself is ornamental, so I wore them as a single strand.
For my shoes, I went with Crocs again today. I tend to wear this basic black pair a lot all year round. They are so versatile and go with just about anything.
That closes things up for my first weekly challenge. How did I do? Are there any outfits that just didn't work, or was there anything you really loved? I still haven't decided on my theme for next week, but stay tuned to find out. I'll be back again next Monday!
